How do I export my WhatsApp chat?+
Open the chat → tap the contact/group name → “Export chat” → “Without media.” You'll get a .zip (iOS) or .txt (Android). Either works.
iOS or Android — both?+
Both. Format is detected automatically. iOS exports a zip with
_chat.txt; Android exports a raw .txt.Is my data really private?+
Yes. The parser runs in-browser. If you publish, only the specific cards you curated are stored — never the raw chat.
Can I delete a shared wrap later?+
Any time. The share link 404s instantly and the stored copy is wiped.
Is this only for couple chats?+
No. It works for any WhatsApp chat you can export: partners, friends, siblings, families, classmates, teams, and full group chats.
Does it work for group chats?+
Yes. The dashboard switches to Group mode automatically when it sees three or more participants.
Which languages are supported?+
Anything WhatsApp exports as text. Word-frequency and emoji analysis work across English, Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Arabic, Japanese, and more.
Do photos and videos get uploaded?+
No — and you don't need them. Always export “Without media.” Photos, videos, and voice notes are not supported and will be ignored even if included in the zip.
